Dustin Graul,
LEED AP- Principal
Dustin brings over two decades of successful construction experience to the Premier team. Utilizing the hands on skills earned as a union carpenter as his foundation, he has continued to build his professional skills through a multitude of positions including superintendent, project manager, director, and ultimately vice president of a Colorado top 40 contractor. Knowing that client relations and customer service are often missing in the corporate world of construction, the team focuses their efforts in these areas as they partner with past clients, Architectural/Engineering teams, and network of trusted connections. Dustin has been involved in projects ranging from $2M to $60M in a variety of markets including Sr. Living, multifamily, industrial, healthcare, data centers, office, educational, hospitality and entertainment, public sector and retail markets.
Dustin Graduated from Southern Illinois Univeristy-Edwardsville in 2002 with a BS in Construction Management. He is a member of IHEA (International Hunters Education Association) and enjoys volunteering as a Colorado Game and Fish Education Instructor.
Kurt Haslag,
LEED AP- Principal
Kurt brings two decades of successful construction experience to the Premier team. Prior to chasing his entrepreneurial spirit by partnering to begin Premier Facility Constructors in 2015, Kurt was a tenured Project Manager at a Colorado top 40 contractor and was instrumental in developing and implementing the company training program for new hires. Kurt brings a broad range of experience with projects ranging from $1M to $26M in market sectors including multifamily housing, Sr. living, site work, retail, government contracting, and industrial buildings. His intense client focus, strong project leadership, and honest transparency are what sets him and Premier apart from other construction service providers.
Kurt graduated from Missouri S&T (University of Missouri-Rolla) in 2007 with a BS in Civil Engineering. He currently services S&T as the Rocky Mountain Regional President, as a Vice President of the S&T Board of Directors, and a Member of the S&T New Alumni Council.
Avery Mason
Senior Superintendent
Avery brings over 15 years of field operations and supervision experience to Premier Facility Constructors and leads field supervision for the company. Avery is a proven results-oriented superintendent experienced in a multitude of market sectors including senior living, industrial, retail, tenant finish, and site construction. Avery utilizes past experience as a carpenter and strong communication skills to ensure successful project deliveries.
Avery graduated from Southern Illinois University-Edwardsville in 2013 with a BS in Construction Management. He holds multiple equipment certifications, State of Colorado SWMP certification, and CPR and first aid certifications.
