This tenant finish project involved the renovation of an approximately 10,000 SF space into a new ACE Hardware store and accompanying garden center.
The scope of work included structural modifications to create a new primary entry and clerestory window system, along with façade upgrades to enhance the building’s exterior presence. Interior improvements included construction of separation walls, polished concrete flooring, offices, restrooms, and storage areas.
The project also featured a design-build fire sprinkler and fire alarm system, as well as complete MEP upgrades and full tenant finish build-out to support retail operations and customer flow.
This project demonstrates PFC’s experience delivering complex retail renovations, integrating structural modifications, life safety systems, and comprehensive MEP coordination.
