Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the construction of a new 2,100-square-foot Andy’s Frozen Custard, delivered as a ground-up quick service restaurant project.


The scope of work included extensive storefront installation, commercial kitchen rough-in and coordination, full MEP installation, and the construction of customer and staff restrooms. Site-related improvements included a grease trap, dry utilities, curb and gutter installation, site paving, and complete landscape and irrigation work.


This project demonstrates PFC's experience delivering efficient, high-quality quick service restaurant facilities through comprehensive coordination of building systems, site development, and tenant requirements.
