AXL Academy- Phase 1 & 2

Premier Facility Constructors completed a comprehensive tenant finish renovation of the AXL Academy facility in Aurora, Colorado. AXL Academy is a K–8 charter school within the Aurora School District, and the project was designed to support a dynamic educational environment through modernized spaces and upgraded building systems.

The renovation encompassed more than 50,000 square feet and included extensive demolition followed by full tenant finish construction. New spaces were built out to include classrooms, administrative offices, food service areas, a new gymnasium, and a variety of storage and support areas to accommodate the school’s operational needs.

In addition to the architectural improvements, the project included the installation of new HVAC systems and upgraded power distribution throughout the facility, significantly improving comfort, efficiency, and functionality.

This project highlights PFC's experience in large-scale educational renovations, tenant finish construction, and complex interior buildouts, delivering high-quality learning environments tailored to the needs of students and staff.
