AXL Academy- Phase 1 & 2

This tenant finish project encompassed a comprehensive renovation of the AXL Academy facility in Aurora, CO. AXL Academy is a K-8 charter school within the Aurora School District. The project covered more than 50,000 square feet and involved substantial demolition and new tenant finish construction. This included classrooms, offices, food service areas, a new gymnasium, and storage/support areas. Additionally, the space was equipped with new HVAC systems and power distribution throughout.
