Carpet Exchange Tower Feature- Littleton & Longmont

Premier Facility Constructors provided general contracting services for exterior renovations at three existing Carpet Exchange locations.

The project scope included installation of a new tower element, parapet re-design, extensive stucco installation, new lighting, glazing, and standing seam roofing to enhance the buildings’ exterior appearance and durability. In addition to the exterior upgrades, the Longmont location underwent a full interior demolition and remodel to accommodate the new Carpet Exchange store layout.

This project highlights PFC’s experience delivering multi-location renovations, combining exterior building enhancements with interior tenant improvements.
