PFC provided general contracting services for two existing Carpet Exchange locations. The project scope includes installation of a new tower element at the facility, parapet re-design, extensive stucco installation, new lighting, glazing, and standing seam roofing. In addition to the added tower, the Longmont location includes full interior demolition and remodel for the new Carpet Exchange location.
