Colorado Gymnastics Institute

Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the relocation of the Colorado Gymnastics Institute, delivering a fast-track tenant finish project within an accelerated schedule.

The project included interior tenant finish of an approximately 28,000-square-foot facility, featuring new mechanical, sprinkler, electrical, and plumbing systems throughout the space. Specialized work included the installation of multiple gymnastics pits ranging from two to six feet deep, constructed within the existing slab to support training and competition needs.

Additional scope included construction of a two-hour fire separation wall, interior offices, restrooms, and a dedicated dance studio. Despite the complexity of the work, the project was completed on time within a 12-week construction schedule.
