Phase 2 general contracting services included installation of the extension of 46th Ave, expansion of an existing private drive, as well as all grading, utilities, and site concrete for the area. The project also included installation of a 4 way traffic signal at the intersection of Yampa and Green Valley Ranch.
Phase 3 Construction services included installation of the extension of private drive from 46th Ave to 45th Ave and private drive and entry to Tower Road. Project includes select demolition, grading, utilities, and site concrete curb gutter and paving.
