CP Bedrock Phase 2 & 3 Roadway Expansion- Denver, CO

This project included phased general contracting and construction services for roadway and infrastructure improvements supporting site access and circulation.

Phase 2 services included construction of the extension of 46th Avenue, expansion of an existing private drive, and completion of all associated grading, utilities, and site concrete. The phase also included installation of a four-way traffic signal at the intersection of Yampa Street and Green Valley Ranch Boulevard.

Phase 3 construction services included extension of a private drive from 46th Avenue to 45th Avenue, along with construction of a private drive and entry connection to Tower Road. Scope of work included selective demolition, grading, utility installation, and construction of site concrete, curb and gutter, and paving.

This project demonstrates PFC’s experience delivering complex, multi-phase roadway and infrastructure improvements with detailed coordination and sequencing.
