Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the construction of a 4,500-square-foot full-service automated carwash facility, delivering a fully coordinated project from site development through completion.

The project scope included comprehensive site development, including installation of wet and dry utilities, a snow melt system, paving, landscaping, and coordination of the site vacuum station package to support efficient, year-round operations.

The wash facility was constructed using CMU and structural steel, with stucco and tile exterior finishes designed for durability and visual appeal. Interior systems included an automated belt-driven wash tunnel, a reclaim system, a reverse osmosis system, interlocking automatic doors, and an integrated snow melt system.

PFC’s coordinated closely with all owner-contracted equipment suppliers and specialty vendors to ensure seamless system integration and the successful delivery of the project.
