Premier Facility Constructors performed general contracting and preconstruction services for a 32-acre site infrastructure project supporting a mixed-use commercial development.
The site is designed to accommodate a big box retailer, multiple pad-ready lots, and four town center retail buildings. Preconstruction services included budgeting, project planning, and value engineering to support efficient project delivery.
General contracting services included on-site supervision and extensive infrastructure installation, including more than 1,000 linear feet of dual 3-foot by 7-foot drainage box culvert, water utilities, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, and dry utility installation. Additional scope included construction of curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and full landscaping and irrigation throughout the site.
The project also included significant roadway improvements to Green Valley Ranch Boulevard and the entrance to Peña Boulevard, including installation of a new traffic signal package.
This project highlights PFC’s experience delivering large-scale commercial site infrastructure projects with complex utility and roadway coordination.
