Premier Facility Constructors performed general contracting services for this 32-acre site infrastructure project. The site will host a big box retailer, pad-ready lots, and 4 town center retail buildings. Premier performed preconstruction services including budgeting, project planning, and value engineering. General contracting construction services included on-site supervision, installation of a duel 3’x7’ drainage box culver over 1,000 LF in length, water utilities, sanitary sewer utilities, storm sewer utilities, dry utility installation, curb and gutter, asphalt paving, and landscaping and irrigation throughout the site. The project also includes major revisions to Green Valley Ranch Blvd as well as the entrance to Pena Blvd, including a new traffic signal package.
