Goddard School, Littleton

Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the construction of a new Goddard School location in Littleton, Colorado. The project was delivered as a ground-up childcare facility designed to support early childhood education in a safe, functional, and welcoming environment.

The 10,750-square-foot facility includes ten childcare rooms with dedicated restrooms, a kitchen area, administrative offices, conference rooms, and staff support areas. The building layout was designed to meet the operational needs of both students and educators while maintaining efficiency and comfort.

Site scope included wet utility installation, underground stormwater detention, site fencing, landscaping, and coordination of playground installation.

This project demonstrates PFC’s experience delivering ground-up educational facilities with integrated site development and specialty coordination.
