Premier Facility Constructors was the General Contractor for new Goddard School location in Littleton, CO. The project included a new, ground up, 10,750 SF child care facility including 10 childcare rooms with restrooms, kitchen area, offices, conference rooms, and staff area. The project also included associated wet utility installation, underground stormwater detention, site fencing, landscaping, and playground coordination.
