Interior Office Expansion- Westminster, CO

Premier Facility Constructors provided general contracting services for an approximately 9,500-square-foot expansion within an existing office space for a national defense contractor.

The project scope included demolition of the existing interior, followed by construction of new interior walls, ceilings, flooring, and full interior finishes. New functional spaces included a break room, server room, and specialized lab area designed to meet the client’s operational requirements.

The project required close coordination with the existing building owner, the end user, and the client’s third-party IT and communications contractor to ensure seamless integration of infrastructure and systems.
