Jiffy Lube

Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the construction of a new 4,400-square-foot Jiffy Lube automotive service center with an additional 1,000-square-foot basement.

The project included construction of a concrete basement supported by structural steel and a composite concrete deck designed for automotive service lanes. Interior scope featured a complete office package, including custom millwork, restrooms, and a customer lounge area.

The project also included a full site development package with installation of wet and dry utilities, curb and gutter, site paving, and complete landscape and irrigation systems.

This project highlights PFC’s experience delivering ground-up automotive service facilities with integrated structural and site development components.
