La Victoria Healing Kitchen

This tenant finish project involved the complete renovation of an existing commercial building into two separate, yet complementary spaces designed to support culinary operations and instructional programming.

The project included the construction of four commercial kitchen stations within a shared kitchen environment, as well as a full instructional kitchen used to host classes, workshops, and a wide range of events. Scope of work encompassed a complete MEP build-out, including kitchen coordination, exhaust hoods, interior wall construction, and finish installation.

Additional improvements included the installation of a new grease interceptor and structural modifications to accommodate the facility’s operational and instructional requirements.
