This tenant finish project included complete renovation of an existing commercial building into two separate, but complementary spaces. The project included 4 commercial kitchen stations in the shared kitchen as well as a full instructional kitchen utilized to host classes, workshops, and a wide variety of events. The project included full MEP build out, including kitchen coordination and hoods, interior walls and finishes, and installation of a new grease interceptor. Additional structural modifications to the building were also completed.
