The Law One project involved the renovation of a two-story, wood-framed historic building located in downtown Denver, combining significant structural rehabilitation with a modern office build-out.

The general contracting scope included complete in-place replacement of the second-floor structural wood joists and the roof rafter system. The project also featured construction of a new entry and restoration of a historic façade, dividing the building into two separate facilities while allowing a local bar to remain operational on the first floor.

Second-floor construction included a modern office build-out with multiple private offices, conference rooms, a reception area, and a breakroom designed to support a contemporary professional workspace.

This project demonstrates PFC’s expertise in historic renovations, complex structural replacement, and adaptive reuse within active urban environments.
