Merkwood Estates- Wheat Ridge, CO

This project consisted of general contracting services for a seven-acre custom home subdivision, including the installation of complete site infrastructure to support residential development.

The scope of work included overlot grading, installation of new sanitary sewer with service stubs to each lot, storm sewer installation, water services with stubs to each lot, and construction of site curb, gutter, and sidewalks. Additional improvements included asphalt paving, retaining walls, and construction of a detention pond.

This project highlights PFC’s experience delivering comprehensive site infrastructure and civil improvements for residential developments.
