Nelson Veterinary Hospital

Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the renovation and expansion of an existing veterinary clinic, delivering the project while the facility remained occupied and operational.

The renovation scope included 1,953 square feet of fully gutted and reconfigured space, incorporating new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems, custom cabinetry, new flooring, framing and drywall, and upgrades to meet applicable life safety requirements.

The expansion added 1,258 square feet and included construction of a new surgery suite, treatment area, offices, and a staff break room.

Throughout construction, close coordination with clinic staff was required to minimize disruption and maintain a safe environment for patients, staff, and clients.

This project demonstrates PFC’s experience executing occupied renovations, veterinary-related facilities, and phased construction projects with careful planning and communication.
