This project included general contracting services for a new 1,200 SF ground up leasing office as well as remodel of the existing fitness and business center. The new leasing office includes high end office finishes and millwork while the remodel of the fitness and business center include a new fully remodeled interior for tenant use. The site improvements including new pool deck pavers, fireplace, grills, lighting structure, shade structure, and artificial turf area. This project is currently under construction with an anticipated finish in May 2019.
