Park at Canyon Ridge Leasing Office- Aurora, CO

This project included general contracting services for the construction of a new 1,200-square-foot ground-up leasing office, along with the renovation of an existing fitness and business center.

The new leasing office features high-end interior finishes and custom millwork designed to create a welcoming and professional environment. The fitness and business center remodel included a fully updated interior to enhance functionality and tenant experience.

Site improvements completed as part of the project included new pool deck pavers, a fireplace, grill areas, lighting structures, shade structures, and an artificial turf area, creating upgraded outdoor amenities for residents.
