Park at Canyon Ridge Leasing Office- Aurora, CO

This project included general contracting services for a new 1,200 SF ground-up leasing office, as well as a remodel of the existing fitness and business center. The new leasing office includes high-end office finishes and millwork, while the remodel of the fitness and business center includes a fully remodeled interior for tenant use. The site improvements include new pool deck pavers, a fireplace, grills, lighting structure, shade structure, and artificial turf area.
