Pomponio Terrace Filing 1 thru 2- Adams County, CO

This project consisted of construction management and preconstruction services for a 28-acre residential site development featuring 126 single-family home building pads and 120 townhome building pads.

Preconstruction services included budgeting, assistance with formation of the metro district, scheduling, project planning, and ongoing coordination with the design team.

Additional services included utility layout design assistance, dry utility coordination, permit procurement, evaluation of project alternates, and entitlement assistance.

Construction management services encompassed subcontractor bidding, review, and award, along with on-site construction supervision. Scope of work included installation of more than one mile of 16-inch water line, construction of public right-of-way roadways with curb, gutter, and sidewalks, installation of wet and dry utilities, and landscape installation throughout the site.

This project demonstrates PFC’s expertise in large-scale residential site development, construction management, and comprehensive preconstruction planning.
