Primrose School of Littleton

Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the expansion and renovation of the Primrose School of Littleton. The project involved adding 2,500 square feet, which included three new classrooms, an office, and a break area. Alongside the expansion, Premier conducted a comprehensive interior remodel of the existing 10,400 square feet, which involved installing new flooring, wall protection, painting, fire alarm upgrades, and various other repairs. The renovation work occurred while the space was occupied, necessitating close coordination with the school to ensure continuous operation.
