Primrose School of Littleton

Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the expansion and renovation of the Primrose School of Littleton, delivering a carefully phased project within an active, occupied educational environment.

The project included a 2,500-square-foot building expansion, adding three new classrooms, a new office, and a staff break area to support the school’s growing enrollment and operational needs. In addition to the expansion, Premier completed a comprehensive interior renovation of the existing 10,400 square feet of occupied space.

Renovation scope included the installation of new flooring, wall protection, interior painting, fire alarm system upgrades, and various building repairs, all executed with a strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and minimizing disruption to daily school operations.

Because the facility remained fully operational throughout construction, the project required extensive coordination with school leadership and staff. Premier’s team carefully planned construction activities to ensure continuous operation, maintaining a safe and functional learning environment for students and faculty.
