Ravenwood Pool & Bath Facility- Castle Rock, CO

This project consisted of general contracting services for the construction of a new ground-up pool bath house and aquatic facility designed to support community recreation.

The scope included a men’s and women’s restroom building with showers, an access-controlled perimeter fence, a 2,300-square-foot pool, pool equipment installation, and full system startup. Additional work included wet utility installation, dry utility coordination, site grading, and landscaping.

This project demonstrates PFC’s experience delivering recreational and amenity facilities through coordinated site development and specialty construction.
