Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the construction of a 4,600 square foot full-service automated carwash facility. The project encompassed site development, including the installation of wet and dry utilities, a snow melt system, paving, landscaping, and the coordination of the site vacuum station package. The wash facility was built using CMU and structural steel, featuring stucco and CMU finishes on the exterior. It also included an automated belt-driven wash tunnel, a reclaim system, a reverse osmosis system, interlocking auto doors, and a snow melt system. PFC effectively coordinated with all owner-contracted equipment suppliers and vendors to ensure the successful completion of the project.
