Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the construction of a 4,600-square-foot full-service automated carwash facility, delivering a fully integrated project from site development through final equipment coordination.

The scope of work included comprehensive site development, featuring the installation of wet and dry utilities, paving, landscaping, and a snow melt system designed to support year-round operations. Premier also coordinated the complete site vacuum station package, ensuring seamless integration with the overall facility layout.

The wash facility was constructed using CMU and structural steel, with durable stucco and CMU exterior finishes designed for longevity and performance. Interior systems included an automated belt-driven wash tunnel, vehicle reclaim system, reverse osmosis system, and interlocking automatic doors, all coordinated to meet operational efficiency and owner specifications.

A key component of the project was Premier’s close coordination with owner-contracted equipment suppliers and specialty vendors, ensuring all systems were properly integrated and the facility was delivered on schedule.

This project demonstrates PFC’s expertise in specialty-use facilities, equipment-intensive construction, and complex site coordination, resulting in a high-performance, modern carwash facility.
