Premier Facility Constructors was the General Contractor for the construction of a 4,550SF full-service automated carwash facility. The project consisted of site development including wet utilities, dry utilities, snow melt system, paving, landscaping, and coordinating the site vacuum station package. The wash facility was constructed of CMU and structural steel with stucco and CMU finishes at the exterior and also included an automated belt-driven wash tunnel, reclaim system, reverse osmosis system, interlocking auto doors, and snowmelt system. PFC coordinated with all owner contracted equipment suppliers and vendors to successfully complete the project.
