Premier Facility Constructors served as the General Contractor for the construction of a 4,550-square-foot full-service automated carwash facility, delivering a fully integrated project from site development through final completion.

The project scope included comprehensive site development, including installation of wet and dry utilities, a snow melt system, paving, landscaping, and coordination of the site vacuum station package to support efficient operations.

The wash facility was constructed using CMU and structural steel, with stucco and CMU exterior finishes designed for durability and performance. Interior systems included an automated belt-driven wash tunnel, a reclaim system, a reverse osmosis system, interlocking automatic doors, and an integrated snow melt system.

PFC coordinated closely with all owner-contracted equipment suppliers and specialty vendors to ensure seamless system integration and the successful delivery of the project.
