This project consisted of Design-Build services for a complete remodel of an existing 7,500 SF office space. The remodel included demolition back to the exterior walls, new interior walls, flooring, millwork, and finishes throughout the space. The project included structural demolition and shoring for installation of new storefront and glazing at the existing exterior CMU walls.
