Thoutt Bros. Office Remodel- Adams County, CO

This project consisted of design-build services for a complete remodel of an existing 7,500-square-foot office space, transforming the interior to meet updated functional and aesthetic requirements.

The remodel included demolition back to the exterior walls, followed by construction of new interior walls, installation of new flooring, custom millwork, and updated finishes throughout the space. The scope also involved structural demolition and shoring to accommodate the installation of new storefront systems and glazing within the existing exterior CMU walls.

This project highlights PFC’s experience delivering design-build office renovations, integrating structural modifications with high-quality interior finishes.
