The Varone Marketplace project included both core and shell and tenant finish for this new event center. The core and shell work included rehab and expansion of a historic structure located in the Highlands neighborhood of Denver including structural modifications and office build out of the 2nd floor area as shared office spaces. The core and shell scope also included utility changes including installation of a grease interceptor and coordination of work in the City of Denver Right of Way. The tenant finish work encompasses a catering kitchen and eating/drinking spaces for scheduled weddings and events. The tenant finish scope includes mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems as well as a new restrooms and full space build out. The name Varone Marketplace is a reference to a business that historically inhabited the space.
